The first step in getting started focuses on increasing your knowledge of the Five9 Virtual Contact Center solution. Prior to the first session with your Implementation Manager we recommend you review the Administrator training available online from Five9 University (using your Five9 login credentials). These training materials are an excellent introduction to the functions and capabilities of Five9 Virtual Contact Center software.
